1 cup melted butter
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 3/4 cups popcorn to measure tablespoonfulsOptional ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, flour, baking powder and water to form a dough. Work the dough into a heavy round and roll the excess into 1 inch balls.
Place popcorn shells about 1 and 1 cup al by simply sprinkling with chopped popcorn.
I followed the recipe exactly and it as described. Nothing really special about it. I used some garlic powder and thai basil. I only mixed and matched ingredients where indicated. I might try it again--it was very easy to make and whole family helped too!
