4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 2/3 cups nectarines
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup citrus juice
1/4 cup pink lemonade
1/8 cup orange juice
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 cup fresh lemon zest
1 (10 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (10 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate
1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges, sliced
3 (4 ounce) cans sliced bacon
1 (16 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Place chicken breasts in a medium resealable plastic bag; seal bag and place seam side down in a large resealable plastic bag. Fold remaining plastic over breasts.
In a large bowl, layer fruit juice and citrus juice and mix well. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix pineapple juice concentrate and lemon juice concentrate and mix well. Set aside.
In a small container, combine orange juice concentrate and bananas and mix thoroughly. Place chicken breasts and pineapple mixture into bag with juice.
Set resealable plastic bag aside. Fold breast and pineapple mixture over breasts. Pour chicken mixture over breasts in resealable plastic bag.
Trim edge of plastic bag edge to 2 inches. Twist plastic edge to seal, going over plastic bag edge. Secure with tiny toothpicks. Place chicken over plastic bag, seam side down, with metal clamps.
