Steak and Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 ounces Cheddar cheese, crumbled

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Place cheese in a large bowl, scrape bowl, and set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, salt and garlic powder. Beat in tomato paste, divided.

Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture into an 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over cheese layer. Layer remaining cream cheese mixture over cheese layer. Drizzle with remaining tomato paste.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
