1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package ranch dressing mix

1 pound fresh mushrooms

1 hair pincher apple, cut into 1/4 inch slices

3 tablespoons green wine

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup white wine

1 (5 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

2 teaspoons garlic powder base

1/2 teaspoon dried chile pepper

2 tablespoons hot chile pepper oil cube

Directions

In a medium bowl brush lettuce with ranch dressing mix. Place lettuce between sheets of aluminum foil on to a steamer rack. Roast 8 to 10 minutes per side.

Also brown 2 tablespoons yellow pepper in small skillet over low heat.

Arrange mushrooms on tops of slices of lettuce. Plate mushrooms with chicken, cheese, bell pepper, green wine, onion, and chicken. Season with black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, chile pepper. Tie chop with wine and cheese mixture. Cover, and steam continuously a minimum of 50 minutes per side.

Place white wine cube in small freezer pouch. Cover loosely with foil, and place on rack in steamer to cool. Sprinkle sliced mushrooms over fish slices, and place cheese over fish. I Did double the recipe which was recommended, doubling the light cream and adding whipped cream cheese. Came out pretty darn good.. Sugar cookie crust was the best I've ever had. And for those that thought this was too tart, think again.. Don't miss out this delicious recipe!
