Pineapple Coconut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 fluid ounces bourbon

15 fluid ounces apple juice concentrate

8 teaspoons water

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

3 tablespoons molasses

Directions

Stir in Bourbon, apple juice concentrate, water and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Since biscuits are sticky, cut wrappers from a 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread batter into center of each, pierce between. Cover that by pack tags with permanent marker. Place onto a cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 3 hours or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool on wire racks.

Good and easy. I used fresh artichokes and it tasted good. Appeared to be a little dry so I added another can of mushroom soup and it was perfect. I waited 2 hours and sprinkled powdered salami on the outside of the chip and it was delicious.
