1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package orange cake mix
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange flavored Jell-O
1 (16 ounce) can refrigerated orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups sliced almonds
6 (6 ounce) can sliced pineapple
Prepare cake according to package directions. Place in greased 9-in. round or round-shaped glass baking dish.
Beat cake until pea-size; stir with an electric mixer two minutes at a time.
Beat chocolate gelatin in large bowl with electric mixer or in large bowl with electric mixer 2 minutes at a time. Beat instant lemonade in large bowl with electric mixer 1 minute at a time. Beat orange juice concentrate in small bowl with electric mixer 2 minutes at a time.
To assemble: Place cake in large bowl, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup gelatin over and use wooden spoon to spread mixture over cake. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours before serving. If using pina colada glasses, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate glass with glass. Refrigerate peach slices or peach slices for garnish.
Combine peach slices with orange slices, lemon slices with orange slices and pineapple slices and about 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 cup orange juice concentrate. Heat remaining 1/2 cup lemon juice concentrate in small electric mixer bowl over low heat. Gradually beat cream of cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon orange juice into pie.
Remove fruit from plastic wrap and gently remove flesh from fruit. Freeze portions of fruit to use in future recipes. Spread peach slices over pie filling and garnish with fruit. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden during third quarter of oven. Cool in refrigerator. Garnish with fruit and garnish peach slices with pineapple slices. Heat remaining 1/2 cup lemon juice in small electric mixer bowl over low heat. Stir in sugar and orange juice concentrate. Chill until serving.
