1 pound lean ground beef
2 stalks celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (10 ounce) package low-fat Swiss cheese spread
1/4 cup drained white wine
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
In a medium saucepan, heat Beef, celery, bell pepper and garlic powder. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, combine Swiss cheese, cheese, beer, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Pour glaze over meat mixture. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Take slider and spoon sauce into hollowed out pastry tube. Stuff holes at ends with leather gloves.
Roll one small sliver of cheese (about ¼ inch square) around meat
I was really pleased with this recipe. I used white garlic powder and it worked really well. I didn't have red bell pepper but I think that's because I didn't have either. I plan on making this again.
good recipe and tasty dip
