1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup margarine
1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoons butter flavoring
6 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
Fill each cake pan with two 8-inches long pieces of fruit. Spread fruit over fruit. Fill each cake pan with three strawberries and one grapefruit. Place grapefruit slices over top of fruits.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until fruit is tender.
