Greek Yogurt Dough Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup powdered white sugar

3 tablespoons butter, divided

4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup milk

7 1/2 cups prepared frozen yogurt, thawed

1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix 3/4 cup lemon sugar and 2 tablespoons butter. Place a small amount of butter cream over each bagel or pastry, shake and place side up into a baking dish.

Roast in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Fill baking dish with water.

Bake in preheated oven or in a 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven 40 minutes. Remove dough from oven and allow to cool completely. Chill before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
