Veggie Dog Recipe

Ingredients

16 onions

8 pounds ground beef

1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup concentrate

2 (08 ounce) cans tomato paste

1 (8 ounce) jar sour cream

8 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Place the chopped onion, beef and tomato in a slow cooker on Low, and stir. Cover, and reduce heat. Cover, and cook for 8 hours in Low, stirring occasionally.

Stir in tomato soup concentrate, tomato paste, and sour cream. Cover, and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Remove meat from pot, shred and transfer to a serving platter. Microwave the pot uncovered for 5 minutes. Transfer meat to a medium bowl and stir in cheese.

This was too runny even when tested at 425 for second time in 35 years. Entirely on the yeast interference field. Let alone when gluten is used. This remained very thin and mealy in consistency. It was still good though, and very good practice with which to make future gluten free bread.
