Cobbler Recipe


1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

0.5 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 pound fresh bittams

1 egg white

1 10 ounce can chilled skim milk
