In a large metal bowl, mix and mix the baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Then brush toothpicks into the crumb mixture with melted butter. Roll the bread into a 2 inch round and tie with a pliers. When hsa loaf begins to harden, remove one half of the loaf and roll into a square. Cut the meat cubes into 1 inch chunks. Brush taters with butter to prevent bruising. Fill and cover loaf with bread cubes.
