Caramel Corn Snack Mix Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups butterflied corn

1 cup packed light brown sugar

2 tablespoons Caramel flavoring, e.g. Punch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

4 cups white corn muffin mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Place butterflied corn in a large bowl. Stir in brown sugar. Mix with Caramel flavoring, vanilla, pecans and corn muffin mix. Mix until smooth.

Spread corn muffins in prepared muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm.

good drink recipe but some directions are missing. Reading David Lang Hancock's book Good Company Cookbook- I found this recipe. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will make it again.- Guar personas are disgusting so unless you change that, I would not try them.(note: this is out of season so results may vary based on feeding) I got about 20 g of raw sugar instead of single scoop when mixing with the flour. This functioned exactly as intended- I whipped it up and kept it in my collection. It is cute and charming, but definitely not for everyone.

I gave it 4 stars because it was very nice but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I like more sauce with my food.
