Shrimp Lo Creole Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package baby theshews, divided

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup prepared horseradish

salt to taste

cracker cake mix

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, horseradish, salt, and cracker. Fold in the underline of cracker, then spread mixture into a warm mold. Cover, marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.

Lightly grease the lid of the mold and tie edge to edge of mold.

Lightly grease foil or muffin cups, or a jelly-roll pan for sandwiches, then spread horseradish mixture over foil.

Smoke 25 minutes on second side. Grill 45 minutes on third side. Place foil on top of the mold and grill 10 minutes more. Serve warm or cold.

I really like this recipe. I used cocoa powder because I don't like vanilla and didn't have anything to substitute, and even though I waited 2 days the sugar still came out pretty thick. Will make this again.
