2 pounds Italian sausage
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup cut Swiss cheese
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute sausage for five minutes, or until cooked through. Turn sausage and coat well. Remove from skillet. Serve with olive oil, onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms, green bell pepper, parsley and cheese.
