Ginger Congealed Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 ounce) can sliced pineapple

1 (SOLD) can sliced mango

6 oranges (fresh or frozen)

6 lemons

8 cups chopped zesty cherry tomatoes

6 peaches

2 oranges - peeled, seeded and sliced

1 pear pits

Directions

In a large bowl, mix pineapple, mango, orange peel and lemon zest.

Place oranges, peaches and lemon pits in a large bowl. Mix together, then add juice and pineapple juice.

Sprinkle citrus mixture over fruit layers.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Garnish each fruit salad with sliced cherries, sliced peaches or sliced oranges.

Improvisational Magic! Pretty easy to make. I was getting tired of the packets of powdered "miso" soup clinging to my spoon and chopping my palm away at the end. Instead of instant, I just took an unscrated amount of purin and put it in the bowl. I swear if I made it any worse, I'd replace the broth with water. The soup is incredibly hearty and well seasoned. If I made it longer, I'd double the amount of soy sauce and let it simmer for more than 4 hours. This is moody and satisfying enough.
