I replaced half the milk with whole cow's milk and half the eggs with hard-boiled eggs. This is the best recipe I have found for making Nutella and has become a staple in our house. I have tried several versions and this is the best recipe that I have found to date. It is simple and effective. It's also great for introducing new recipes.
