1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
8 slices bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter. Mix in a 1/3 cup mixture of sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in the lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, bacon strips and mozzarella cheese. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
