Easy Winter Rolls Recipe


1 pound lean ground beef

1 small onion, quartered

salt and pepper to taste

2 cups diced celery

1 1/2 cups milk

1 (14.5 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes with juice

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1 cup water

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Peel and chop onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in celery, salt, pepper, milk, tomatoes with juice, tomato paste and water. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray rollers with vegetable spray and grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Arrange rolls in pan. Bake 55 minutes, or until patties start turning golden brown. Remove from pan and let cool for 5 minutes. If desired, brush with melted margarine. Serve hot or cold.
