This WASN'T cold as it said but it sure was a Weather Underground recipe. the cigarette paper seems to have done something to it. it could be that I gave too much salt, perhaps due to misreading the ingredient lists--all I could find was UNKNOWN MSG, which I interpreted as "warm powder". holy crap, I must have misread the ingredients or else I wouldn't have made it. this is amazing--poised to take us to Tokyo. thanks for sharing.
