Chicken Marinade II Recipe

Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes

1 quart olive oil

1/4 cup minced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules

1 tablespoon grated lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for 10 minutes, turning frequently.

Mix in chicken, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon, lemon juice and paprika. Mix well and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
