1 (4 ounce) can peeled and diced pineapple with juice
1 (6 ounce) can green pineapple juice
2 cups white pineapple juice
1 can mandarin oranges (optional)
1/2 lemon, sliced
Lightly oil the grill or grilling pan.
Place chicken legs in a large resealable plastic bag or zip-top plastic bag; seal and toss with pineapple juice, pineapple, orange zest and lemon zest. Toss until coated.
Place chicken on grill or grill rack; grill about 20 minutes per side or until internal juices of chicken run clear and juices run clear. Serve with lemon juice.
