Brie cheese
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Place cheese on griddle or frying pan, and place half of cheese on grill. Brush with garlic powder, and place cheese on griddle or pan. Add cheese, then water and roll until cheese is coated.
Arrange cheese slices on the prepared grill, and brush with paprika.
Grill cheese for about 6 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
