3 cups white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 2/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract
3 tablespoons corn syrup
6 ounces cream cheese, diced
1 1/2 cups light cream
1 1/2 quarts milk cream cheese, diced
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup butter
1/4 cup extra lemon juice
1 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan.
Place sugar and eggs in the pan. In a large bowl, cream together the milk, lemon extract, corn syrup and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add lemon juice and lemon extract; beat until blended. Spread mixture on bottom of pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil of pan; bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
