Fruit Rollerball 3 Recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 cups boiling water

2 1/4 cups milk

1 (30 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 1/2 cups minced onion

1 cup wasabi paste

1 cup water

2 tablespoons prepared instant maple syrup

Directions

Put boiling water into refrigerated pot; cover and shake vigorously. Transfer to 9x3 inch plastic containers.

Combine milk, corn, onion, wasabi and water. Heat oil or margarine in heavy skillet or large skillet over medium heat. Add rice and stir. Remove from heat and stir in tomato sauce and condiments. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent steam vents.

Roll into ¾ inch balls

Cover with plastic wrap or desired disposable icing sheet (optional) and refrigerate cucumber, onion and bell pepper slices until firm. Remove from rollers. Carefully open and seal when fresh. At this point place slices in fresh veggie fixings.
