1 (8 ounce) container vanilla flavored flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a small bowl, stir together gelatin and milk until smooth. Stir in boiling water in a small bowl, until mixture is thick. Stir in chocolate and sugar. Pour mixture into a 10 inch glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake gently and steam gently to get the mixture to spread.
Spread evenly over your raw fruit (or onto a mixing bowl if serving in a glass jar). You can serve ahead of time or chill into the refrigerator. If serving chilled, chill until serving time. Cover vinegar or sterilize with lid screw. Chill before serving.
Easy and tastes good
So this is the meal I have been looking for my entire life. I make everything in the crockpot and it is always so quick and easy to prep. I mix the dry and wet ingredients together in a bowl and add the apple mixture at the end. I put it in my rice cooker and cooked it for 2 hours RICE and I did not add the salt...yet.
made this for berry week in my hometown and we got rave reviews. I put the apple pieces in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan...baked for about 40 minutes at the most, kept the apple pieces in the middle and baked for about 25-30 min. The flavor was awesome and the whole family loved it. Thanks for the post.
