Fruity Punch Recipe

Ingredients

2 pints ginger ale

3 cups pineapple juice

2 cinnamon sticks, crushed

2 lemon wedges

1 orange slice

2 pints peach schnapps

25 orange slices

1 pint dried fruit liquors

3 cups pineapple cubes

3 cups fruit puree

1 quart orange juice

Directions

In a large punch bowl, pour juice or fruit puree into glasses with ice cubes. Cover and dissolve 1 cup pineapple juice in grenadine syrup. Top with lemon zest, then cranberry sauce and orange slices. Serve immediately.

Remove 6 cherry slices from each pineapple. Place slices in cocktail glass and squeeze lemon zest over all; garnish with peach slices.

Press peach slices in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep them from drying out. To do this, mix fresh fruit juice with lemon puree and pineapple cubes; toss into glasses and garnish with orange slices.

To serve, place slice of pineapple in serving bowl. Pour orange juice over pineapple, drizzle with pineapple slices and serve.

the only thing is that it is a little runnier in the Middle. I would add a egg whites beat and a little flour to make a little thicker at the end, maybe use a little baking soda and a little milk to thin it a little.

Made it the first time as written. Then found out that having seeds and marjoram helps to create the appearance of a raisin - hence the other name. Made the punch - just as written - but with dried cranberries and finely chopped Apples. It turned out completely different! Might be worth using a frozen banana to add in a little fruit, for starters.
