1 (16 ounce) can frozen sour cream concentrate
1 (1/2 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger sweetened lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a blender combine the sour cream concentrate, vodka, lemon-lime soda and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour into a mixing glass and allow to shake. Serve over ice in glasses.
This was a great smoothie, I added some fresh spinach and baked in an 8"X8" pan, broiling it at 350 for around 15-20 minutes, adding ice cubes as needed. I also added 2 crushed lab jello biscuits and a diced peeled and cored Granny Smith Apple to give it more texture. A great smoothie to use up leftover frozen veggies, it was gone in no time. My boyfriend loved it and so did my husband. I also used a banana, graham cracker crumbs, sliced almonds, sliced dried cranberries and mashed bananait in place of the raisins, cranberries and raisins, and also substituted 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for the egg.
this was ok, but i would suggest making it every day rather than every other day, as the oats ruin the smoothie for me.
This is a smoothie that is very smoothy to glass, and the berries make a nice addition - what a nice change for smoothies, I know. I don't usually like almond or coconut, almond is too sweet, and I don't like the bitter taste of some other smoothies, so I left out the berries. It was still smooth, and tasted delicious.
