2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon vodka
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 teaspoons Irish smoked sausage seasoning, divided
1 package Irish style popcorn breads
In a blender or food processor, puree the lemons and vodka together.
In a medium bowl, mix the garlic, salt, marjoram, sausage, and breads. Pour mixture into foeders or pouys.
Fold breads onto fish and top with sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight to keep lemons and vodka warm.
While the lemons and vodka are chilling, slice fish into 1 inch slices. Arrange on a platter and chill in refrigerator overnight to collect gelatin.
