2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound lean ground beef
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
In a medium bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of the oil, 1 pound of lean ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, basil and oregano. Mix well. Shape the mixture into a thick ball and roll in the Worcestershire sauce. Roll the sausage into a thin cylinder shape, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Lightly oil grate.
Scrub ribs of excess fat and cut into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, basil and oregano. Pour over ribs of beef. Carefully pat ribs into marinade. Place on grill.
Carve meat brisket on skewers. Place barbecue element at midpoint of each rib. Reserve Rib of Ribs for later. Pat meat on skewers, using a plate to cover the meat. Grill ribs on grill of charcoal grill for 10 minutes per side.
