1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked egg
1 (10 ounce) can cream-style corn
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and Monterey Jack cheese. Cover, and refrigerate overnight to allow eggs to set.
Dissolve cream cheese in 1 1 cup water. Stir in crushed corn and 1/2 cup of cheese. Refrigerate about 4 hours before serving.
Entertaining, but not particularly interesting.
Easy and delicious - I used sausage instead of ham.
