1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup crushed corn
1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and corn. Mix in oats.
Place cornbread mixture on prepared pans. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
