Apple Cinnamon Bread II Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped candied pecans

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (1 ounce) square marshmallow creme

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream with 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, stirring just until incorporated. Fold mixture into peach mixture, then add egg and vanilla extract; blend thoroughly. Cut in marshmallow creme until mixture is moist. Stir evenly into 1/2 cup of batter. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.

I thought these were very good, but I added more hot sauce than called for. I would recommend leaving out the garlic and red pepper altogether and just dipping the burger in the hot sauce first. They were wicked good, and I will make them again!
