1 (5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 large red pepper, seeded and seeded
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and seeded
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, undrained
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
Rub tomatoes and peppers. Peel. Place in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add garlic, green bell pepper, red kidney beans, mozzarella cheese, and tomato. Blend until well combined. Keep refrigerated.
