1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Preheat grill for high heat.
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic, basil and lemon juice in olive oil until chicken is cooked through. Reduce heat to medium heat and add chicken breasts. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink.
