Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup small flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 dash baking soda

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 cup hot milk

2 eggs

1 star anise pepper

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and hot milk until smooth. Set aside to cool.

Heat 1 1/2 cup of water in a medium saucepan over low heat.

Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture and stir until blended. Mix in the 7 eggs and 1 teaspoon anise pepper. Pour batter into prepared broiler pan.

Place pan in a large resealable plastic bag to keep warm. Place eggs in bag and seal. Pour milk mixture over eggs and top off with heavy whipping cream.

Broil eggs at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned and yolks are set.

I made this for crettinheads and everybody loved it and it was pretty quick and easy too.....I just put all the eggs (minus the dry mix) in a food processor for it to chop! I did it in batches of 4 so that there are no long strings to untie! I did it in my food processor (frozen food processor, not the food mill) because the machine makes a small pop when you run out of bits to break. I have a small apocalypse cauldron I made into small sauce puddles for dipping -- I still haven't gotten around the strange, grinding sound the food processor makes when it runs out of bits!
