2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups crushed candy corn
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9x13 inch baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and oil. Cut in the peanut butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in the milk until just blended. Fold in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the crushed candy corn and butter or margarine. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in sugar. Place brownies in the prepared pans.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until brownies are golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
I made this recipe for the first time yesterday. I followed the recipe as close as I could with the ingredients I had on hand. I was very pleased with the result. I did use the peanut butter cups in place of the graham crackers. I also left my white chocolate chips about half of what they were. Still, fairly simple ... I will probably make this again.
