2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 cups crushed wheat cereal
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1 (4 ounce) can chopped pecans, divided
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese and 1 (4 ounce) can cream cheese, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and white sugar. Stir in light brown sugar and butter, then fold in the crushed wheat cereal and pecans. Spread mixture in a 9x5 inch glass baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While the cake is baking, turn the oven down to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
While the cake is baking, prepare the filling and frosting until desired consistency is reached. Frost with cream cheese frosting and sugar cream frosting before filling.
