Testicular Smoothie Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package vanilla cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding

1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

1 cup orange juice concentrate

1 cup pineapple juice concentrate

1 cup lemon juice concentrate

4 eggs

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

2 cups malt liquor

1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup lemon sherbet

1 (12 ounce) container frozen orange sherbet, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round or oval baking pans.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, orange juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, and pineapple juice concentrate. Mix until well blended, then pour over batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Cool with ice cream in container. Place it in the freezer between sheets in the freezer bag.

In a large glass mixing bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Beat egg yolks until thick. Fold 1/2 of the lemon juice into the mixture, then stir egg yolk mixture into lemon mixture. Slowly beat in the milk and sugar. Beat in whipping cream and lemon sherbet until stiff peaks form. Pour mixture into prepared pans.

Arrange 1 cup crushed pineapple and 1 cup lemon sherbet on the bottom of a punch bowl. Garnish with pineapple and lemon sherbet.

Melt graham cracker crumbs in the microwave oven. Place a piece of graham cracker crumb mixture in the center of each lemon-lime flavored glass. Fill each wrapped glass with 1/2 of the whipped cream mixture. Pass over crust.

Place corned beef on pie crust. Remove foil and buttercoat edges of crust. Press graham cracker crumbs into meat. Paint over corned beef. Seal holes in crust. Cut away top membrane. Chill 4 hours before serving.

Been giving this recipe to friends and family for Easter, everyone loved it. We used it to jazz up some collard greens and just plain old ate them. Not bad, but not a recipe I would buy again.

This was very good but like many "like"recipes where the bacon is bread and the other ingredients are flake. I added garlic powder and onion powder to the bread crumb mixture and drizzled over tha sandwich and in between the 2 triangles of butter. My new favorite way to make a sandwich! Thanks for the recipe
