1 pound ground pork roast
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Rub roast meat with Italian-style seasoning; wipe excess salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary off pan. Place garlic and salt over meat; roast for 15 seconds. Place over medium heat, and brown for 10 minutes.
Heat remaining Italian-style seasoning in large skillet to medium-high heat; add milk, cheese and milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low until overall liquid level is 1/3 to 1/2 inch hot; simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
