1 cup butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (20 ounce) can baking mix
2 (3 ounce) cans stale bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, onion, and bouillon granules until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and baking mix. Mix well. Roll mixture into a 12 inch pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
