1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate candy-coated chocolate pieces (e.g. Holidays)
In a large bowl, mix evaporated milk, vanilla pudding mix, sugar, white chocolate candy-coated chocolate pieces and evaporated milk. Mix until well blended. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Refrigerate frozen mixture until serving time.
I really enjoyed this recipe - it was super easy and quick. A couple of changes I made, I don't eat red meat so I used a combination of ground pork and italian sausage meat. I added an extra can of tomato sauce (380 ml) to the recipe and used oven ready lasagna noodles. I think next time I make it I'll also add garlic to the cheese mixture and onions to the meat.
