1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and gelatin. Stir in pecans and sugar.
Pour mixture over bottom of pie crust. Press remaining pecans into pie crust just to edges. Pour 1/2 cup lemon cream over pecan mixture in inset of pie. Chill until serving.
