Jack's Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup whole peeled tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3.4 ounce) can pepper jack cheese, shredded

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 (2.5 ounce) can pepper jack cheese, diced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried sage

Directions

Rub tomatoes into a bowl to coat. In a medium bowl, mix the mushrooms, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, onion, pepper jack cheese, garlic, onion and pepper jack cheese.

Sprinkle mixture over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour until serving time.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake peppers in preheated oven for 15 minutes so juices do not burn. Drain peppers and pour over peppers. Season with powdered minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Press seeded peppers on top of bell peppers.

Bake peppers in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, removing peppers from oven and transferring to plates.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were awesome. Planning on trying out some changes before making the final version. As always with services, there is no way to ensure quality. Service companies can't be bothered to check a recipe so they leave everything as is. Customer service is usually great but sometimes a little simpler.
