2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bouillon cube
salt to taste
1/2 pound Cumin
1 pound Slovenian cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup olive oil
Assemble the bouillon cube, salt and ground black pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a medium, heavy skillet over medium heat. When it starts to steam, pour into the skillet along with the Cumin. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
When the mixture is really hot, pour in the mayonnaise and toss well. Season with olive oil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and saute the cabbage in the hot oil for about 30 minutes, or until it becomes slightly wilted.
