Cheese Mincemeat Loin Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 small onion, chopped

1 large green bell pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 (10 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, basil, garlic powder, cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Place the onions and green peppers on a plate. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook onion and green peppers in oil until golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and season to taste with paprika.

Stir beef mixture into the mixing dish. Mix together cheese mixture and sour cream. Spread mixture into warmed loaf pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1 hour. Brush with milk. Cool. Serve at room temperature.
