This was very good. I used olive oil instead of butter and didn't have to put the cheese on top. I also waited until the cheese was melted before adding the rest of the ingredients. I was afraid the outside would burn. I used thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts and didn't have to use mayo. I will try with different spices and maybe use fresh chicken next time. I took the whole thing home and it was gone! My husband loved it and the kids thought it was a main dish. I didn't have any popcorn so my husband and I took the chicken and put it in our cars and took the chicken out of the oven, added the popcorn, and put the chicken back in the fridge. Oh my, delicious! We will make this often!

It does sound crazy, but it is really not. My husband loved it and 2 year olds ate it all up. It does take awhile to prep it all and I did add a little flour to keep it moist, but once it's golden shimmery on your dish it's good. I didn't have to bake it very long because of the whole thing sitting in the hot oil, flipping it onto a cookie sheet and baking it for a bit.

I think the 7 minute cooking time may be a bit rich, as I found the flavor to be a bit on the lite side. I put the chicken through my cheese grater first, which I made very fine, before I added the rest of the ingredients. I also created a new batch of yeast, by dint of whisking until the dough just incorporated the dry ingredients. I had no trouble making my bread colors according to my taste, which was most likely the key to my success. I created this particular bread with Heinz Ketchup and Lowcalorie White Chocolate Straws, so I got the lowcalorie option. I will be making this bread again, as it was easy and didn't leave me with dirty hands.
