Roasted Red Pepper Soup III Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle honey mustard

1 (6 ounce) can sliced ripe olives

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 cup chopped green olives

1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1 cup chopped fresh tomato

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

3 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 (1 ounce) can sliced pimento peppers with liquid

Directions

In a small bowl, mix honey mustard and sliced fruit. In another small bowl, mix olive oil and crushed butter. Place sliced fruit into a mixing bowl and pour mixture over the wine mixture. Mix until completely coated.

Place tomato slices in a 2 quart casserole dish,cover and refrigerate overnight.

Prepare the wine sauce by mixing together the honey mustard, crushed olives, sliced fruit, green olives, mushrooms, tomato, onion, bell pepper and green peppers. Pour over all and season with salt, pepper and extra crushed pepper.
