4 slices bacon, diced
4 slices hot chile pepper, seeded and chopped
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
5 (8 ounce) cans refried beans
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 2/3 cups shredded Taco Bell pepperjack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Lay out bacon, leaving 4 strips; drizzle with hot pepper. Grill over medium heat until crisp. Drain grease, reserving 2 tablespoons to grease the foil within pan.
Remove garlic from bacon grease. Heat margarine in large skillet over medium pan heat. Saute garlic for 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and stir bacon meat and sausage into skillet. Spoon meat and sausage over garlic.
While meat and sausage skillet are heating, stir in salsa and beans. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese. Top with Cheddar cheese. Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour; serve hot or cold.
