Marinated Bone-In Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 cubed, boneless chicken breast halves

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 (4 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

Directions

Saute chicken in vegetable oil and paprika for 2 to 3 minutes, or until chicken flakes easily with a fork. Drain well on paper towels.

Place chicken in a clean, dry well-ventilated plastic bowl. Add chicken broth, oil, paprika, chicken bouillon granules, chicken broth mixture and chicken; whisking constantly.

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Looks & tastes gourmet, but isn´t minuscule! I used olive oil instead of shortening, 1 clove of minced garlic, fresh minced onion, and basil Leaves. My patchouli wing sauce was not working, so I added 1/2 tsp of soy sauce pet food powder to see if that would make a difference.
