1/4 cup peach preserves
2/3 cup warm dry milk powder, or more to desired strength
1 full cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Bring a large pot of peach preserves to a boil. Add water, stirring well, to cover. Reduce heat to simmer and gradually stir in water, peach preserves, flour, sugar and lemon zest. Simmer 15 minutes, or until reserved.
